Description
Fresh, raw goat’s milk from our Nigerian Dwarf herd. From tested disease-free, healthy, happy does fed free-choice alfalfa and supplemented with non-GMO grain on the milkstand, and raised as holistically as possible on our farm. Monthly component testing (percentages of butterfat and protein) is performed and coliform and plate counts are performed weekly. Our milk room is state of the art and strict sanitation is observed for equipment and animals. Milk is immediately chilled and once cooled, never exceeds 33 degrees Fahrenheit.
Unparalleled for raising bottle babies of all species, our Raw Goat’s Milk is also excellent for elderly or convalescent individuals, or any individual requiring a nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest supplement.
A purchase provides customers with one half-gallon of milk.
